My replacement lid did not fit my Tumblr

Missing half my phone order

Half of my order was wrong. Had to send photo proof...which I did. Was apologized to and said it would be corrected and I would get corrected order sent and tracking number within seven days. 11 days later and no response and no corrected order. Even though I sent follow up email.
